We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or activated.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving, accessing or downloading our products.

Any 1:1 sessions booked for coaching, consulting or energy sessions can be rescheduled or put on hold, refunds will not be provided for the same.

Online courses paid for can be rescheduled or put on hold and refunds are not available for the same.
